    Space Craftor is a geometry nodes modifier setup, which makes its setup super easy! Simply append the collection "Space Craftor" and start crafting your spaceship! There's no addon to install so compatibility is not a problem.

    Can I use this in Eevee or Cycles?Yes! The custom material has been tested in both Eevee and Cycles. 
    Why should I choose this over X or Y?There are a lot of great spaceship generators out there! I'm a big fan of whats been done, but I haven't been able to find one that generates the type of ship I want and is instantly render ready. Feel free to use what you like! This modifier setup's goal is to keep everything contained in 1 neat geometry node setup, theres no need to stack setups its a one click solution!
    Is this only for capital ships? Can I use this for smaller ships?While this was originally designed for large capital ships, I have made some test in generating smaller fighters. More on this later!
    Can I use the models outside of blender?While you can technically export the mesh, please note the textures are applied with box mapping so you will need to rebuild the material in your software of choice.

Getting Started

To begin using Space Craftor, simply download the file. In your blender scene go to File>Append>SpaceCraftor_1>Collections>Append_Me

Usage

Once you've appended the collection you will see a proxy mesh with a geometry nodes modifier. Inside the geometry nodes modifier you will see a series of controls.

Customization

The modifier contains a variety of customization options that radically change the appearance of the vessel.
● Size X and Size Y - Used to control the overall shape of the vessel● Vertices - Changes the spawn rate of the structures that make the overall vessel shape● Seed - Changes the seed on all the procedural fields● Engine Size - Use this to control the size of the engine● Wing Probability - changes the chances wings are spawned● Wing Size Min/Max - changes the wing sizes● Wing Space - Changes how far apart wings are placed● Wing Depth - changes the depth of the wing placement● Wing Object - changes the model used as the wing instance● Cockpit Height - Changes the height of the hull/cockpit of the vessel● Density - Changes the overall complexity of the procedural system.  Hull Size - Changes the size of the hull/cockpit,● Cockpit or hull toggle - toggles between the type of hull/cockpit● Hull Type - cycles between the various premade cockpits/hulls.

Render Preset

Included in the product package is a compositor render pre-set as well as a space environment.
